Monday, February 6th: The NFL's Version Of "A Chip And A Chair"

If there is anything that last night's Super Bowl taught the viewing public, it was that no matter how grim things look, it's not over until "it's over."  The feeling of what happened is similar to the old tournament poker adage of "a chip and a chair."  It's what makes sports great, and entail, what makes poker such a captivating game.  While the NFL season concluded with that James White touchdown, the poker season continues in the Isle Poker Room, with a high hand promotion and two tournaments on the daily schedule.

The day (and week) starts with the "Turbo High Hand" promotion, with $100 awarded to the qualifying high hands (every 10 minutes) between the hours of 9:00am-12:00pm.  The afternoon tournament (11:00am) on the schedule is a $80 No Limit Hold'em w/ $10 Bounties ($2,000 GTD), followed by a $75 No Limit Hold'em event at 6:00pm.
