Wednesday, July 4th: Pacheco Tops A Massive $175 NLH ($25,000 GTD), As The Fireworks Continue With (Up To) $1,500 High Hands Today

ICYMI: Tuesday's tournament action started (at 11:00am) with a $100 No Limit Hold'em event, which had a $2,500 guaranteed prize pool.  The field would grow to (29) entries by registration's close, with equated to an official prize pool that ended up on the posted number.  Four players were scheduled to get paid, but a five-way chop was agreed to (on the money bubble), with Brian Haines (Southwest Ranches, FL) topping the deal.  Official results from the tournament are posted below:

The headlining event of the day was the (6:00pm) $175 No Limit Hold'em ($25,000 GTD), which did not disappoint.  After the registration period closed, the tournament clock would show (306) entries, and an official prize pool of $41,922!!!  A total of (39) players would reach the money in the event, with names like Dennis Primeau (39th place), Andrew Daire (32nd place), John Magnetta (24th place), Jeff Oldakowski (16th place), and Al Gomez (12th place), all booking nice cashes.  Everyone who reached the final table was scheduled to earn $771, with the top eight players all walking away with over four-figures.  Nelson Pacheco (Ft. Tournaments: With the 2018 Florida State Poker Championship beginning tomorrow, there are two satellites on today's schedule, both into Event #1 ($175 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD).  The $45 No Limit Hold'em satellite is structured with 8,000 unit starting stacks, and levels that last (20) minutes.  The 10:00am installment guarantees (10) seats into Event #1, while the 6:00pm version guarantees (5) seats.
