Tuesday, July 23rd: Event #2 Has Some Unfinished Business To Take Care Of, As "Satellite Tuesday" Is Upon Us

ICYMI: With (306) players returning for Day 2 of Event #2 ($130 No Limit Hold'em $100,000 GTD) on Monday afternoon, and levels transitioning to (40) minutes, it was a question whether we would see a winner crowned before the poker room had to close (tournament play has to stop at 2:30am on weekdays).  Things started quickly, as the money was reached just over three hours into play.  From there, the stacks starting getting larger, and play got deeper.  The final table would be reached, but when it was time to bring out the bags, (5) players remained.  The following names (listed by seating assignment) will be returning for Day 3 (today), with the remaining payouts listed as well:
  1. Francis Margaglione - 24,400,000
  2. Sara Azmi - 12,600,000
  3. Paul Smerdon - 11,000,000
  4. Nigel Murray - 13,000,000
  5. Darroll Sayles - 37,000,000
  1. $31,600
  2. $22,375
  3. $14,545
  4. $10,805
  5. $8,120
Official results for Event #2 of the FSPC, will be posted once Day 3 play has been completed.

Tournaments: Before the 2019 Florida State Poker Championships shifts into full gear (with the $1,500 No Limit Hold'em Main Event $300,000 GTD), we have a day full of satellites on the schedule.  The action begins at 11:00am, with a $340 No Limit Hold'em Mega-Satellite into the FSPC Main Event, with (10) seats guaranteed.  The satellite is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has registration open through Level 8.

There are then two $65 No Limit Hold'em Step-Satellites into Wednesday's $520 No Limit Hold'em Satellite into the $5,000 No Limit Hold'em "High Roller."  The step-satellites are structured with 8,000 unit starting stacks, (15) minute levels, and registration open through Level 10.  The step-satellites run at 3:00pm and 6:00pm, and both carry a (1) seat guarantee.

Promotions: Things begin with the "Full House Promo," which will open the doors seven day a week!!!  The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $50 prize.  Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $50.  In order to be eligible, the full house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.

The "standard" high hands will be awarding $150 every (20) minutes (from 9:00am-12:00am).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded, regardless of one or two cards being used to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, two-card high hands are worth $100, with one-card high hands walking away with $50.

From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
