Friday, March 6th: With The Weekend's Arrival, Comes The $500 High Hands (6:00PM-Midnight)!!!

ICYMI: If you're looking for an evening tournament with incredible value, look no further than the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster" ($3,000 GTD).  The Tuesday and Thursday night staple has been crushing the guarantee for months now, with last night's installment being no different.  Registration for the tournament closed with (56) entries in the field, which equated to a prize pool of $5,432.  A total of seven players were scheduled to reach the money, with first place to walk away with $2,011.  That number eventually got adjusted, as the tournament ended in an eight-way chop, with the official results listed below:
  1. Jose Aldorino (Miami, FL) $987
  2. Joseph Ryan (New York, NY) $804
  3. Evgeny Obraztsov (Hollywood, FL) $750
  4. Blaine McRae (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) $648
  5. Zaki Lichaa (Pompano Beach, FL) $641
  6. Robert Gelin (Boynton Beach, FL) $621
  7. Chrystie Dario (Boynton Beach, FL) $532
  8. Varunkumar Bhattaram (West Palm Beach, FL) $449
Tournaments: With the month of March now upon us, and the tournament schedule recently released, players may have noticed the proliferation of satellites (for the 2020 Battles At The Beach).  The premier day for satellites is on March 19th, as there will be at least (30) seats awarded into the $1,500 No Limit Hold'em Main Event ($250,000 GTD).  Leading up to those mega-satellites, there are (31) step-satellites that players can choose from, trying to gain entry for a fraction of the price.  There are three step-satellites on today's schedule, playing out at 11:00am, 3:00pm, and 6:00pm.

Promotions: Beginning at 9:00am (every day of the week), $100 high hands will be awarded every (10) minutes, with rollovers applying. Because of those rollovers, we have seen the 9:00am-12:00pm period award prizes of $400...$700...even $1,000, over the past month.

The "standard" high hands will be awarding $300 every (30) minutes (from 12:00pm-6:00pm).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded to those that use one card to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, high hands are worth $100.

At 6:00pm, the high hands grow even larger, as $500 will be awarded every (30) minutes.  The winning high hands made with one card (during the 6:00pm-midnight period) will be awarded $250.

From 12:00am-9:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.

3:00pm - $50 No Limit Hold'em Step-Satellite Into $340 Battles At The Beach Main Event Mega Satellite (1 Seat GTD)
