Friday, February 21st: It's Friday...Which Means The Return Of $500 High Hands (6:00PM-Midnight)!!!

ICYMI: There was only one tournament on the recurring schedule yesterday, and it was the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster," which had a $3,000 guaranteed prize pool.  The official results from the event have not yet been submitted, but will be updated here on the blog, shortly after the poker room opens.

Tournaments: Today's schedule focuses on the $80 No Limit Hold'em "Sit-N-Go."  These single-table tournaments are paying out two spots, with the first and second place finishers earning $350 (adding an element of "survivor" to the proceedings).  Players that are interested in these "Sit-N-Gos" can put their name on the list (at the brush stand), and once ten names are collected, the tournament will begin.

Promotions: The "Turbo High Hands" were well received in December, and they have found a home in January as well. Beginning at 9:00am (every day of the week), $100 high hands will be awarded every (10) minutes, with rollovers applying.  Because of those rollovers, we have seen the 9:00am-12:00pm period award prizes of $400...$700...even $1,000, over the past month.

The "standard" high hands will be awarding $300 every (30) minutes (from 12:00pm-6:00pm).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded to those that use one card to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, high hands are worth $100.

At 6:00pm, the high hands grow even larger, as $500 will be awarded every (30) minutes.  The winning high hands made with one card (during the 6:00pm-midnight period) will be awarded $250.

From 12:00am-9:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.

All Day - $80 No Limit Hold'em "Sit-N-Go" ($350 To Top Two Spots)
