Tournaments: The month's first multi continues this afternoon, with Flight 1G at 11:00am, followed by Flight 1H at 6:00pm. The $100 No Limit Hold'em ($30,000 GTD) is a "Card Player Poker Tour Warmup," with the prestigious series coming to the Isle Casino Poker Room from August 16th-27th, 2018 (highlighted by an $1,100 No Limit Hold'em Main Event). These are the final pair of flights for the event, with attendance expected to be strong over the course of the day.
The tournament is structured with starting stacks of 14,000 units, and levels that last (20) minutes over the course of the event. The registration period for each flight is open through Level 8, with the day scheduled to end after Level 20 (or if 10% of the field remains, whichever comes first). The tournament uses the big blind ante format, which was utilized for numerous events during the FSPC.
Promotions: The standard high hands begin at 10:00am, with the opportunity to win $400 every (30) minutes. During that period , the promotion sees tournament players eligible each half-hour for $100 high hands, 2/2 limit hold'em players eligible for $200 high hands, 2/4 limit hold'em players eligible for $300 high hands, and all other raked games (1/2-5/10 NLH, 4/8 Omaha 8B, 6/12 O.E., etc.) eligible for $400 high hands.
At 6:00pm-1:00am, the promotion transitions, and offers the opportunity for players to earn $1,000 every (30) minutes. During that time period, high hands will be awarded as follows:
NLH: 2 Cards ($1,000) 1 Card ($500)
3/6 Limit Hold'em (And Higher): 2 Cards ($500) 1 Card ($250)
2/2 & 2/4 Limit Hold'em: 2 Cards ($500) 1 Card ($250)
Tournament: 2 Cards ($500) 1 Card ($250)
From 1:00am-9:00am, players are eligible for $100 high hands every hour.
It should also be noted that players are able to win the high hand using only one card in their hand. The payouts for those that use one card are different than the standard numbers listed above, and can be found (full listing of one-card payouts on flyers in the poker room).
