Thursday, December 20th: Millard And Mbaied Top Wednesday Tournament Chops, As We Continue Towards Another Action Packed Poker Weekend

ICYMI: Wednesday's tournament slate began with the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Survivor" ($3,000 GTD), awarding $1,000 prizes for every ten entries in the field.  After eight levels of registration, the event closed with (28) entries, equating to three $1,000 pay spots.  When the field reached the money bubble, a deal was agreed to, with the official results of the tournament listed below:

The "Survivor" was followed by an $80 No Limit Hold'em event, which attracted a field of (32) entries.  The $2,164 prize pool was scheduled to be paid out across four spots, and after two in-the-money eliminations, a heads-up deal was agreed to.  Official results of the tournament are listed below:

Tournaments: Thursday's tournament scheduled begins at 11:00am, with the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Monster Stack," which has a $3,000 guaranteed prize pool.  The event is structured with 25,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and offers registration through Level 8.  A player-favorite since making it to the schedule more than a year ago, the "Monster Stack" is sure to attract a nice sized field.

Following the "Monster Stack," is a $130 No Limit Hold'em "Bounty," which gets underway at 6:00pm.  The tournament is structured with 20,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has registration that is open through Level 8.  For each player elimination in the tournament, a $25 bounty is awarded.

Promotions: The high hands will run from 9:00am-12:00am, with the opportunity to win $400 every (30) minutes.  During that period, the promotion sees tournament players eligible each half-hour for $100 high hands, 2/2 limit hold'em players eligible for $200 high hands, 2/4 limit hold'em players eligible for $300 high hands, and all other raked games (1/2-5/10 NLH, 4/8 Omaha 8B, 6/12 O.E., etc.) eligible for $400 high hands.  

It should also be noted that players are able to win the high hand using only one card in their hand.  The payouts for those that use one card are different than the standard numbers listed above, and can be found (full listing of one-card payouts on flyers in the poker room).

From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
