Sunday, September 1st: Labor Day Holiday Sees The Poker Room Open (24) Hours...Action Abound

ICYMI: With the Saturday flights for the $175 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster" postponed, there are no events to post updates on.  We will remind followers of the blog, that the postponed flights from yesterday and today (Flight 1G-Flight 1J), are looking like they will be played out next weekend (Saturday, September 7th and Sunday, September 9th).  Day 2 (which was also postponed) would then follow, on Monday, September 9th.

Tournaments: As mentioned above, today's scheduled flights for the $175 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster" ($100,000 GTD) have been postponed.  There are no scheduled tournaments today, but the poker room will still offer cash game action, promotions...and will also be open (24) hours (because of the Labor Day holiday).

Promotions: Things begin with the "Full House Promo," which will open the doors seven day a week!!!  The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $50 prize.  Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $50.  In order to be eligible, the full house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.

The "standard" high hands will be awarding $150 every (20) minutes (from 9:00am-12:00am).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded, regardless of one or two cards being used to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, two-card high hands are worth $100, with one-card high hands walking away with $50.

From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
