Sunday, March 20th: Danilo Parada May Have Put The Title Out Of Reach For Others, Topping Last Night's Recurring Tournament

ICYMI: If Danilo Parada wasn't the odds-on favorite to win Player of the Month prior to Saturday, last night's performance may have sealed the deal.  With an already sizable distance between himself and the field, Parada went out an took home first place in last night's $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD).  The tournament attracted a total of (91) entries, which equated to an official prize pool of $9,100.  A total of (12) players reached the money, with action playing down to a three-way chop.  Official results are listed below, with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:

Tournaments: At 3:00pm, the cards get in the air for our $400 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD), an event that is sure to attract some South Florida's best tournament players.  The event's structure will see players sitting down to starting stacks of 20,000, and playing (25) minute levels.  Registration is open through Level 8, and the short break that follows.

With the way tournaments have been at the Isle Casino Pompano Park, it should come as not surprise, if this event surpasses all expectations.  Those looking to get updates on numbers, can follow the action on the Bravo Poker Live app.  All results from this afternoon's action will be recapped tomorrow on the blog.



Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.

3:00pm: $400 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD)

  • Players start with 20,000 in tournament chips
  • Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
  • Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
  • Levels will last (25) minutes
