Tournaments: It might be a new year, but the "Weekend Swing" is still here to stay!!! Things open up, as they do every week, with the $150 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD). This headlining tournament is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has late registration through Level 8 (and the break that follows). We've seen the prize pool eclipse the $10,000 mark the past few weeks, and with this being a holiday weekend, the same is expected for tonight!
Promotions: With the $300 high hand promotion running Sunday through Thursday, there is a short "break" on Friday and Saturday. That being said, today's high hand promotion is our "standard," which means $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. Qualifying high hands must be aces-full or better, using both hole cards, as one-card high hand no longer qualify.
