ICYMI: Saturday's $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) continued it's good form, with last night's event cruising past the posted guarantee. Registration for the tournament would close with a total of (82) entries, which equated to an official prize pool of $8,200. A total of (11) players were scheduled to reach the money, with action playing down to a four-way final table. The remaining players agreed to a deal, which saw Scott Greenberg (Delray Beach, FL) take home first place money. Tournaments: At 3:00pm, the cards get in the air for our $400 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD), an event that is sure to attract some South Florida's best tournament players. The event's structure will see players sitting down to starting stacks of 20,000, and playing (25) minute levels. Registration is open through Level 8, and the short break that follows.
With the way tournaments have been at the Isle Casino Pompano Park, it should come as not surprise, if this event surpasses all expectations.
