Sunday, August 1st: Henry Mucching Tops $100 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) Deal, While Donald William Wins July's Player of the Month!

ICYMI: Saturday's $100 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) was the last chance for tournament players to try and make a move on the monthly leaderboard.  With a field of (149) entries, a last minute shift in the leaderboard standings would be likely.  A total of (19) players were scheduled to reach the money, with action playing down to a six-handed final table.  The final six agreed to a chop, with Henry Mucching (Lima, Peru) taking home first place money ($1,788).  Jonathan Gordon took home third place money in the deal (worth $1,554), which also came along with 20.20 leaderboard points.  Those points saw Gordon go from the outside (14th spot), to in the monthly money (6th place).
