ICYMI: Father's Day "Last Longer" Sees Players Entered Competing For $10,000 WSOP Main Event Seat!!!

What is a "last longer" in a poker tournament (following definition provided from a recent web search): Last longer is a side wager between tournament players, on who will be last to get knocked out.  Whoever last the longer wins the wager, and any prizes agreed upon.

It's a pretty common occurrence among familiar faces in the tournament poker world.  The Isle Casino Pompano Park Poker Room is "raising the ante" so to say, as they introduce a "last longer" option for the $600 No Limit Hold'em ($30,000 GTD) on Sunday (June 18th).  Players in the event will have a choice to enter into a Last Longer with other tournament attendees, separate from the $600 tournament buy-in.

ICYMI: With only twelve days until the Player of the Month competition concludes for the month of June, every tournament that remains carries a big weight.  While not everyone has an understanding of the enormity that is a leaderboard win (for June), those in the running are aware of that $10,000 No Limit Hold'em WSOP Main Event seat (and what that could potentially mean).  Yesterday's $130 No Limit Hold'em event saw registration close with a total of (46) entries, and an official prize pool of $4,500.  A total of six players were scheduled to reach the money, and after one in-the-money elimination, the five players remaining agreed to a deal.  Michael Sherbondy (Pompano Beach, FL) took home first place money, and the 13.61 leaderboard points that came along.  Official results from the tournament are listed below (along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:
