The final numbers proved just how popular this tournament is with the players, with the event drawing a total of (896) entries, which equates to a prize pool of $120,960. There will be (140) players returning for Day 2 (at 1:00pm), all battling it out for their share of the prize pool. (87) players will reach the money, with first place scheduled to take home $22,220. Tournaments: The players that bagged for Day 2 of the $175 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster" ($100,000 GTD), will be kicking off the day's action, with the first hand scheduled to be dealt at 1:00pm. The only structural change to mention is a pretty big one, as levels transition to (40) minutes, allowing for things to play even deeper!!!
The 6:00pm time slot hosts a $60 No Limit Hold'em tournament, which offers $40 rake-free re-buys (a $1,200 guaranteed prize pool), and is known as "Maniac Mondays." The structure for the event sees players sitting down to starting stacks of 10,000 units, playing (15) minute levels, and registration open through Level 10.
Promotions: Things begin with the "Full House Promo," which will open the doors seven days a week (9:00am on Saturday and Sunday). The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $50 prize. Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $50. In order to be eligible, the full house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.
The "standard" high hands will be awarding $150 every (20) minutes (from 9:00am-12:00am). Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded, regardless of one or two cards being used to make the high hand. For those players in tournaments, two-card high hands are worth $100, with one-card high hands walking away with $50.
From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
