Wednesday, February 12th: Poker Room Buzzing, With Beginning Of $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD), And $400 High Hands (From 2:00pm-10:00pm)

ICYMI: Tuesday's recurring tournament schedule is one of the most popular on the calendar, beginnig at 11:00am, with the $120 Omaha 8B Hi/Lo ($2,000 GTD).  Registration for the tournament closed with (34) entries in the field, and an official prize pool of $3,298.  Four players were scheduled to reach the money, but players ended up agreeing to a deal (prior to the bubble being reached), with the official results listed below:

The evening time slot (6:00pm) hosted the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster," which ran without a posted guarantee.  That didn't deter players though, as registration for the tournament closed with a total of (34) entries, and an official prize pool of $3,298.  Five places were scheduled to reach the money, and after one in-the-money elimination, a four-way chop would end the tournament.  Official results are listed below:

Tournament: Players have had today's date circled on their calendars, as rhe month's second six-figure guaranteed tournament gets underway.  The $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD) event has a total of eight starting flights, two of which are on today's schedule.  There is a flight at 11:00am (Flight 1A), and a flight at 6:00pm (Flight 1B), both carrying the same structure.  Players will be sitting down to stacks of 30,000 units, with levels that last (25) minutes, and registration that is open through Level 8.  Those players that are succesful in bagging chips, will return to Day 2 on Sunday (at 12:00pm).

For those that would like to join the action for a lesser price, there is a $45 No Limit Hold'em Satellite into the $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD), which begins at 2:00pm.  The satellite is structured with 8,000 unit starting stacks, (15) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 8.

Promotions: The doors open at 9:00am, with three hours of "Turbo High Hands," as $100 will be awarded every (10) minutes (rollovers apply).  The promotion runs from 9:00am-12:00pm, and has quickly become popular with the players (as the rollovers have seen some high hands reach the $1,000 mark!!!).

The standard high hand promotion then takes over, and runs from 12:00pm-2:00pm.  Qualifying high hands will be awarded $300, given away every (30) minutes (no rollovers).  During that period, if the winning high hand is made using one card, a $150 prize will be awarded.  For those players playing in a tournament, winning high hands will be paid out $100.

At 12:00pm, we see a transition to some special high hands, with $400 high hands awarded every (20) minutes (with rollovers).  The special period will run from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, with the "standard high hands" returns for two hours (until $100 high hands begin at midnight).

From 12:00am-3:00am, $100 high hands will be awarded every (60) minutes.

11:00am: $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD) Flight 1A

2:00pm: $45 No Limit Hold'em Satellite Into $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD)

- Players starting with 8,000 tournament chips
- Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
- Alternates and late entries will sit down to full stacks
- Levels will last (15) minutes

6:00pm: $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD) Flight 1B

- Players starting with 30,000 tournament chips
- Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
- Alternates and late entries will sit down to full stacks
- Levels will last (25) minutes
