Monday, March 11th: Twilight Full House Promo Gains Steam, As The Official Countdown Towards The Battles At The Beach Begins

ICYMI: Sunday's recurring tournament scheduled kicked off with an $80 No Limit Hold'em event, that boasted a $2,000 guaranteed prize pool.  After eight levels of open registration, the field would close with (35) entries, and an official prize pool of $2,545.  Official results from the tournament are listed below:

The evening time slot (6:00pm) hosted a $130 No Limit Hold'em "Single Re-Entry," which had a $1,500 guaranteed prize pool.  The field officially closed with (17) entries, and a prize pool of $1,649.  Two spots were scheduled to get paid, but a four-way deal was agreed to that ended the tournament:

Tournaments: Monday's week of recurring tournaments begins at 11:00am, with a $150 No Limit Hold'em event.  The tournament does not have a posted guarantee, but boasts an excellent afternoon structure.  Players in the event will sit down to starting stacks of 20,000 units, playing levels that last (20) minutes, with registration that is open through Level 8.

The evening time slot (6:00pm) hosts an $80 No Limit Hold'em tournament, which has a $1,500 guarantee.  The event is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 8.  Prior to the player's first hand, they have the option to get an add-on for $10.

Promotions: The high hands will run from 9:00am-12:00am, with the opportunity to win $400 every (30) minutes.  During that period, the promotion sees tournament players eligible each half-hour for $100 high hands, 2/2 limit hold'em players eligible for $200 high hands, 2/4 limit hold'em players eligible for $300 high hands, and all other raked games (1/2-5/10 NLH, 4/8 Omaha 8B, 6/12 O.E., etc.) eligible for $400 high hands.  

It should also be noted that players are able to win the high hand using only one card in their hand.  The payouts for those that use one card are different than the standard numbers listed above, and can be found (full listing of one-card payouts on flyers in the poker room).

There is an addition to the day's promotions, with the "Twilight Full House" promo beginning at 6:00pm.  The first (25) full houses made (after 6:00pm), that are tens full or better, will be awarded up to $100 (dependent on which game is being played).  A full list of payouts for each game are posted in the poker room (with the promo's official flyer to be posted here on the blog shortly).

From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.

11:00am - $150 No Limit Hold'em

- Players start with 20,000 in tournament chips
- Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
- Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
- Levels will last (20) minutes

6:00pm - $90 No Limit Hold'em ($1,500 GTD)

- Players start with 15,000 in tournament chips
- Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
- Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
- Levels will last (20) minutes
