ICYMI: In March, Danilo Parada's only true competition was Anderson Patino, who ended up securing the runner-up spot on the leaderboard. Patino is trying to best those final results, and used last night's $13o No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) to start his climb. The tournament's registration closed with a total of (58) entries, and an official prize pool of $5,800. A total of eight players were scheduled to reach the money, with action playing down to a three-handed final table (at which point a chop was agreed to). Tournaments: At 3:00pm, the cards get in the air for our $400 No Limit Hold'em, an event that is sure to attract some South Florida's best tournament players. The event's structure will see players sitting down to starting stacks of 20,000, and playing (25) minute levels. Registration is open through Level 8, and the short break that follows.
With the way tournaments have been at the Isle Casino Pompano Park, it should come as not surprise, if this event surpasses all expectations. Those looking to get updates on numbers, can follow the action on the Bravo Poker Live app. All results from this afternoon's action will be recapped tomorrow on the blog.
