Saturday, February 13th: Friday Night Still Shining Bright, Players Reacting To Tonight's $5,000 Guarantee!!!

ICYMI: Friday night continues to be the boss, as the $150 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) event attracted a total of (111) entries, and a $12,765 prize pool.  Of those entries, twelve players were scheduled to reach the money, with all eyes on some pretty healthy final table payouts.  Action eventually concluded with a five-way chop, which saw Joseph Nolin (Sunrise, FL) taking home just over $2,000 for first place.  Official results from the tournament are listed below:

Tournaments: It's the return to "value-town," as the $100 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) headlines the evening's schedule.  This event has the most impressive return of any tournament on the weekly schedule, with prize pools consistently eclipsing $10,000!!!  The tournament is structured with 12,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has registration open through Level 8 (as well as the short break that follows).  Last week's Saturday night tournament ended in a five-way deal, with Matthew Chrissy (Lighthouse Point, FL) taking home $1,633 for first place.

Promotions: Saturday's high hand promotion stays the same from open to close...awarded $200 every (30) minutes, to the qualifying high hand (must be aces-full or better).  In order to make a qualifying high hand, players must use both hole cards, as one-card high hands are no longer eligible.
