ICYMI: With the calendar year changing, so did the Tuesday night tournament, returning to a $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) event. The change in buy-in amount was surely popular with the players, as registration for the tournament closed with a total of (85) entries (and an official prize pool of $8,500). A total of (11) players were scheduled to reach the money, with action playing down to a four-handed final table. At that point, a deal was agreed to, with Pathana Bougnasiri (Boca Raton, FL) taking home first place money. Promotions: From 9:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10). From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.
