ICYMI: Saturday's tournament action got off to a strong start, and by the time registration closed for the $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) event, the field reached (77) entries. The $7,200 prize pool was scheduled to be spread across the top (12) spots, with action playing down to a three-handed final table. Once a chop was agreed to, it would be Richard Steel (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) taking home first place money. Tournaments: With the success of Sunday's $400 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD), it was clear that there was a place on the weekly schedule for a larger buy-in event. That being said, Sunday's in July now offer a $400 No Limit Hold'em event with an improved structure. The event is structured with 30,000 chip starting stacks, (30) minute levels, and has registration open through Level 8 (and the short break that follows.

Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10). From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.
3:00pm: $400 No Limit Hold'em
- Players start with 30,000 in tournament chips
- Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
- Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
