Saturday, August 3rd: Saturday Sees More Recurring Tournament Changes, And $500 High Hands From 6:00PM-12:00AM

ICYMI: Friday's tournament schedule began with the first running of the $125 Pot Limit Omaha w/ $100 Re-Buys event, which boasted a $1,000 guaranteed prize pool.  Being that the tournament is very new to those that frequent the recurring schedule, it was no surprise that we had an "intimate" field of (6) entries.  The $1,000 prize pool was to be paid out to just one player, but action ended up pausing with three remaining, as a deal was agreed to (with official results below):

The evening time slot hosted an "oldie, but a goodie," as the $80 No Limit Hold'em ($3,000 GTD) returned to the schedule (after a hiatus during the FSPC).  This is one of the fan favorites throughout the week, with the tournament clock showing (45) entries at registration's end, and an official prize pool of $3,115.  Six players were scheduled to reach the money, and after three post-money bubble eliminations, a three-way chop was agreed to (with full results listed below):

Tournaments: More new tournaments headline Sautrday's recurring schedule, beginning with an $80 No Limit Hold'em "Bankroll Builder" ($2,000 GTD) at 11:00am.  The tournament is structured with 12,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and registration through Level 8.

The evening time slot (6:00pm) hosts a $100 No Limit Hold'em event, which boasted a healthy guarantee of $3,500.  This tournament has a very friendly structure, with 25,000 unit starting stacks, and (20) minute levels (registration is open through Level 8).

Promotions: Things begin with the "Full House Promo," which opens the doors seven day a week!!!  The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $50 prize.  Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $50.  In order to be eligible, the full house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.

The "standard" high hands will be awarding $150 every (20) minutes (from 9:00am-6:00pm).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded, regardless of one or two cards being used to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, two-card high hands are worth $100, with one-card high hands walking away with $50.

From 6:00pm-12:00am, the high hands will still be awarded every (30) minutes, but the winning amount goes up to $500 (for high hands using both cards).  Those winning high hands that are made using one card (during that time period), will be awarded $250.

From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
