Wednesday, November 21st: Day's Schedule Headlined By "1st Annual Thanksgiving Classic" ($175 No Limit Hold'em $15,000 GTD @ 3:00PM)

ICYMI: Tuesday's tournament schedule began with the $150 Limit Omaha 8B Hi/Lo, which carried a $3,000 guaranteed prize pool.  After a last second surge to the cage, prior to registration's close, the field would close with (27) entries.  The official prize pool of $3,024 was scheduled to get paid out across four spots, and after one elimination (in the money), the final three players agreed to a deal. Gerald Hertz (Pompano Beach, FL) took home for place money in the deal, with official details of the event listed below:

Tournaments: Today's tournament schedule surrounds the "1st Annual Thanksgiving Classic," which is an event that looks to grow larger each and every year that follows.  At 11:00am, there is a $30 No Limit Hold'em Satellite into the "Thanksgiving Classic," allowing players the opportunity to enter the action for a fraction of the price.  The satellite is structured with 10,000 unit starting stacks, and levels that last (15) minutes (registration is open through Level 8).

At 3:00pm (note the early starting time), the $175 No Limit Hold'em "1st Annual Thanksgiving Classic" begins, with a healthy guaranteed of $15,000.  The tournament is structured with 20,000 unit starting stacks, and levels that last (25) minutes. Registration for the event is open through Level 10, allowing almost four hours for players to enter the tournament.

Promotions: Outside of the "standard" high hands, the poker room opens with the "new" Full House Promotion.  The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $40 prize.  Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $40.  In order to be eligible, the full  house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.

 The day's "standard" high hand period will last from 9:00am-12:00am, with the opportunity to win $400 every (30) minutes.  During that period, the promotion sees tournament players eligible each half-hour for $100 high hands, 2/2 limit hold'em players eligible for $200 high hands, 2/4 limit hold'em players eligible for $300 high hands, and all other raked games (1/2-5/10 NLH, 4/8 Omaha 8B, 6/12 O.E., etc.) eligible for $400 high hands.

Tuesday, November 20th: Monday's Tournament Slate Growing In Popularity, Tuesday's Slate Already A Hit!!!

ICYMI: Monday's tournament schedule began at 11:00am, with the $150 No Limit Hold'em ($8,000 GTD), an event that's clearly gaining steam.  Yesterday's installment saw the tournament's prize pool eclipse $10,000 for the first time, after the field closed with (87) entries.  From that number, eleven players would reach the money, with action playing down to three-handed play.  At that point, a deal was made, with Paul Darpino (Binghamton, NY) earning first place money ($2,360).  Official results from the event are listed below:

Monday, November 19th: Tenenbaum And Basilio Top Two Multi-Way Chops, As $8,000 GTD Afternoon Action Returns

ICYMI: At 12:00pm yesterday afternoon, (18) players returned for Day 2 of the $100 No Limit Hold'em "Early Bird" ($25,000 GTD), with everyone already in the money.  Action moved swiftly, even though the levels had transitioned to (30) minutes in length, with the tournament finishing before the "Night Owl" even began (6:00pm).  The tournament ended in a six-way deal, with Scott Tenenbaum (Tamarac, FL) earning first place money in the deal.  Not only did Tenenbaum get the first place share, but he was awarded more than first placed was scheduled to receive (Scott got $7,000 in the deal, while first place was scheduled to win $6,980). Tournaments: After a weekend of multi-flight action, we return to the recurring tournament schedule, and the $150 No Limit Hold'em ($8,000 GTD).  This event was put on the schedule to give daytime players a "healthy" guaranteed tournament, that carries an excellent structure.  Players in the event sit down to starting stacks of 20,000 units, with levels that last (30) minutes, and open registration through Level 10.

Shortly after the registration closes for the afternoon event, players will begin arriving for the evening tournament,  with the cards getting in the air for the $90 No Limit Hold'em ($1,500 GTD) at 6:00pm.  The tournament is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  There is an optional add-on at the beginning of each player's tournament, with the ability to increase their stack by 5,000 (for just $10).  The add-on is only available prior to the player's first hand dealt.

Sunday, November 18th: Crowning Two More Isle Poker Tournament Winners, As Day 2 Of The "Early Bird" And "Night Owl"

ICYMI: Saturday's tournament schedule hosted the final starting flights for the "Early Bird" and "Night Owl," and as expected, we saw some of the biggest numbers all week.  Flight 1D of the $100 No Limit Hold'em ($25,000 GTD) "Early Bird" saw registration close with (76) total entries, of which (8) players bagged chips for today's Day 2.  Scott Tenenbaum bagged the flight's chip lead (363,000), which also happened to be the overall Day 2 chip lead.  Official chip counts from Flight 1D are listed below:
