Stanton Drazen (Delray Beach, FL) is one of the more recognizable faces in the Isle Poker tournament scene, in attendance for almost every afternoon event on the schedule.

There are "tournament regulars" at the Isle Poker Room, and then there is "Dr. Stan." It's been just under two weeks since the "Isle New Year Kickstart" wrapped up, with the month's second multi about to get underway.  If the year's opening multi-flight event was any signs of things to come, this week's "Bankroll Builder" will surely live up to its name.  The $140 No Limit Hold'em tournament carries a very healthy $75,000 guaranteed prize pool, with eight flights over the next four days (and Day 2 on Monday).  

The tournament is structured with 20,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 8.  Each of the opening flights is scheduled to conclude after Level 18, but will stop short of that point, if the 10% mark is reached beforehand.  After 1,126 entries in the "Isle New Year Kickstart," this opening flight will set the tone for the "Bankroll Builder," with sporadic updates from the field through Flight 1A over the course of the day.

ICYMI: Wednesday's tournament schedule started with the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Survivor," which boasted a $3,000 guarantee.  Once the registration period ended, the tournament clock showed (27) entries, and a prize pool that landed on the posted number ($3,000).  That meant that three $1,000 pay spots were up for grabs, but those numbers ended up getting altered short of the "official" money.  Players agreed to a five-way chop, with the official results posted below:

ICYMI: Tuesday's tournament slate was all about the non-no limit hold'em action, beginning with the $150 Omaha 8B Hi/Lo ($2,500 GTD) event.  The guaranteed number would be surpassed, after registration closed with (26) entries.  The $2,912 prize pool was scheduled to be paid out across four pay spots, with action pausing after the money bubble burst.  At that point, a deal was agreed to between the remaining players, with the official results posted below:

ICYMI: Monday's tournament slate began at 11:00am, with the $150 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD).  After last week's installment fell short of the guarantee, yesterday's event saw a field that was almost double in size, as registration closed with (40) entries.  Some pretty healthy payouts were scheduled to be spread across five spots, which is why it was no surprise that the tournament ended in a chop.  Once the money bubble burst, a deal was agreed to, with the official results listed below:

Friday, January 11th: Weekend Action Begins With Solid Tournament Slate, And $500 High Hands (Every 20 Minutes)

ICYMI: Yesterday's tournament schedule began at 11:00am, with the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Monster Stack."  Running without a posted guarantee, the event would attract a total of (12) entries, and an official prize pool of $1,164.  Two spots were scheduled to get paid, but when action was on the money bubble, a three-way deal (even) was agreed to.  Official results from the tournament are listed below:

Thursday, January 10th: Prepping For Another Big Weekend Of Poker Action At The Isle

ICYMI: Wednesday's tournament slate kicked off (at 11:00am) with the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Survivor" ($3,000 GTD).  This event has only been gaining popularity since it arrived on the recurring schedule, with yesterday attracted a field of (39) entries.  That meant that the $3,900 prize pool would be scheduled to be spread across four payspots (3 $1,000 winners, and one $900 winner). While that was the case, a deal was made before the money was reached, with five players walking away happy.  Only Yesniel Pulido (Davie, FL) walked away with a scheduled $1,000 payout, with the official results from the tournament listed below:

Wednesday, January 9th: Today's Action Headlined By Full House Promo, And Afternoon "Survivor" (1 In 10 Win $1,000)

ICYMI: Tuesday's tournament action was focused on the non-no limit hold'em variants, beginning at 11:00am, with the $150 Omaha 8B Hi/Lo ($2,500 GTD).  The posted guarantee would be eclipsed halfway through registration, as the field eventually closed with (24) entries (and an official prize pool of $2,688).  Three spots were scheduled to get paid, and after the money bubble burst, players agreed to an even chop (each earning $896).  Official results of the afternoon event are listed below:
