| Brian Hastings showed up just before dinner during yesterday's Day 1B action, and while his time in the event didn't last that long, his day still went pretty well. Hastings immediately hopped into one of the cash afterwards, and within moments was awarded the "high hand promotion" for the half-hour, having flopped quad jacks. Now the money received for the promotion is only a fraction of his first bullet buy-in, but the hand made it to showdown, so it was worth that much more. |
