Tournament supervisor just finished up yet another sterling rendition of the rules announcement for the seated Flight 1C players, and the cards are now in the air. Yesterday's pair of flights drew a total of (315) entries, and amassed $96,075 towards the overall prize pool. A total of (61) players booked their tickets to Sunday's Day 2 action, with Ido Ashkenazi (402,000) and Haim Shrayer (264,500) bagging the chip lead for their respective flights.
The same rules apply for today's flights, as players sit down to 25,000 starting stacks, play a scheduled (14) levels (at 30 minutes each), and have all day to enter each flight (registration open until the cards are in the air for Day 2). You can look forward to updates during each level of this afternoon flight, as we reach the halfway point of the "multi-flight madness."
