Josias Santos (Kissimmee, FL) was coming off a major victory at Parx Casino in Bensalem, PA, taking down the Big Stax 300 event ($68,250).  Santos was on top of the leaderboard for most of the day, but spent two levels dropping pots, and seeing his stack dip down to (10) big blinds (at the beginning of Level 30).  

After Darryl Fish opened, both Uri Kadosh and Josias came along, with the flop coming down J♦ 10♠ 5♥.  After Kadosh checked, Josias shoved for just under 1,000,000, causing Darryl to release his hand.  Kadosh quickly made the call, and Santos would be at risk:
