The evening flight (Flight 1F) was the largest of the six for the tournament, attracting a total of (186) entries. Of those entries, (25) players managed to bag chips for Day 2, led by Russell Marco (365,500). The flight was full of notable players, many of which were part of the (25) that bagged, including Maurice Hawkins (255,000), Steven McKoy (216,000), and Darren Stabinski (206,000).
A total of (116) players will be returning to action at 12:00pm this afternoon, playing for their share of a prize pool that officially closed at $226,310 (and a first place prize over $40,000). Levels will transition to (50) minutes after the conclusion of Level 16 (one of the flights ended with 3:00 remaining in Level 15), so it's sure to be a long day of tournament poker. All of the action will be covered here on the blog, included payouts, updated chip counts, hand histories, and eventual tournament recap.
