$100,000 Guaranteed
Level 1 (Blinds 25/50)
Total Flight 1A Entries: 35
Almost three weeks after the conclusion of the $175 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD), the second multi-flight event of the month is now underway. We are already seeing a strong start to the $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD), as the day started with four tables. This holiday weekend event has eight flights over the next four days, with those successfully bagging chips, returning for Day 2 action on Monday (May 28th). The tournament is structured with 20,000 unit starting stacks, and levels that last (30) minutes over the course of the event. Registration for each flight is open through Level 8 (and the break that follows), meaning players have until just before 3:20pm to join the action. Opening flight action is scheduled to play through the conclusion of Level 16, or until the 10% remaining mark is reached (whichever comes first). The chip lead bonus is also back in play, as the top stack from each flight will earn a seat into next week's $1,100 No Limit Hold'em Single-Ante ($50,000 GTD).
While live blogging will still be difficult (as the blogger is recovering from shoulder surgery), we will bring you updates throughout the event, including Day 2 coverage that will include live results, updated chip counts, and detailed hand histories. There is also a lot of information to disseminate over the next few days, including the release of the June tournament calendar, release of the 2018 Florida State Poker Championships schedule, and new promotions beginning next month.
