After an opening pair of Event #3 flights, we begin the second day of the tournament, with Flight 1C getting underway just moments ago. A new group of daytime grinders will be hoping to find themselves a Day 2 bag, along with some faces we saw in the field yesterday. Between Flight 1A and Flight 1B, there were a total of (142) entries, of which (16) were able to bag chips for Monday's Day 2. Raul Hernandez (331,500) and Daniel Diamond (244,000) are currently in the top two spots on the leaderboard (overall), which puts them in position to earn the $1,500 No Limit Hold'em Isle Open seat. With ten more flights remaining on the schedule, there is a lot that can change, but they hold the numbers to beat.
Today's schedule, with Flight 1C at 11:00am and Flight 1D at 6:00pm, will continue on with the same structure as yesterday. Players will be sitting down to starting stacks of 16,000 units, playing levels that last (25) minutes over the course of the event. Registration is open through Level 8, with the day scheduled to finish after Level 16 (or if the 10% mark is reached).
