Tournaments: The "Chip Buster" action continues today, with the second pair of starting flights for the event. The $175 No Limit Hold'em tournament is structured with 50,000 unit starting stacks, (30) minute levels, and has registration that is open through Level 8. There are (8) flights over the next four days, with an 11:00am and 6:00pm option (Wednesday-Sunday), and Day 2 on Monday.
Promotions: Things begin with the "Full House Promo," which will open the doors seven days a week (9:00am on Saturday and Sunday). The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $50 prize. Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $50. In order to be eligible, the full house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.
The "standard" high hands will be awarding $150 every (20) minutes (from 9:00am-12:00am). Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded, regardless of one or two cards being used to make the high hand. For those players in tournaments, two-card high hands are worth $100, with one-card high hands walking away with $50.
From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
