Sunday, October 20th: The "Overlay Alert" Has Been Sounded, As The Isle Open Main Event Is Over $86,000 Short Of The Guarantee!!! (Registration Still Open)

ICYMI: Yesterday's Isle Open schedule hosted the final starting day of the $1,500 No Limit Hold'em Main Event ($300,000 GTD).  The field ended up being the largest of the three days to have been completed, as (63) entries showed on the clock, at the time the bagging process began.  From those entries, (19) players bagged chips for today's Day 2, led by Alan Schein (300,000).  Official Day 1C chip counts are listed below:

After the three starting days for Event #6, the field has a total of (158) entries, of which (52) players will be returning this afternoon (12:00pm).  We can officially discuss the potential overlay for the tournament, as the prize pool currently sits at $213,300, over $86,000 short of the guarantee!!!  That number will shrink slightly (with registration open for two levels today), but there will likely be some great value offered from this tournament.  A total of (65) entries are needed over the course of today's first two levels, and a lot of players will be keeping their eyes out on that number!!!

Tournaments: As mentioned above, players will be returning at 12:00pm this afternoon, for Day 2 of Event #6 ($1,500 No Limit Hold'em Main Event $300,000 GTD).  Action will resume in Level 11, with registration open through Level 12.  Players that enter this afternoon, will be sitting down to starting stacks of 40,000 units, and levels that last (60) minutes.  With the size of the potential overlay, it's likely that we will see a large number of Day 2 entries (along with players that bust Day 2, re-entering before registration closes).

At 6:00pm, there is a very special satellite, that will also being running next Sunday as well.  As many players may already know, the Deepstack Charity Classic Tour is returning to the Isle Casino Pompano Park (first week/weekend in November).  One of the headlining tournaments is the $490 No Limit Hold'em "Sexton On The Beach" event.  One of the highlighting details of the event, is that the winner will receive a $15,000 PartyPoker Package, which includes entry into Caribbean Party Poker Millions World Main Event (a $10,300 buy-in tournament, that has a $10,000,000 guarantee!!!!).  Tonights satellite is a $110 buy-in, and will guarantee (1) seat into the "Sexton On the Beach" event, which runs on November 9th.

Promotions: The "standard" high hands will be awarding $300 every (30) minutes (from 9:00am-12:00am).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded to those that use one card to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, high hands are worth $100.

From 12:00am-9:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
