Saturday, November 2nd: $500 High Hands Headline Evening Action (6:00PM-Midnight), Along With A $5,000 GTD Nightly

ICYMI: Yesterday's tournament schedule was dedicated to the upcoming Deepstack Charity Poker Festival, which gets underway next week.  There were three satellites (one of which was a step-satellite) on the schedule, the first of which was into the $490 No Limit Hold'em "Sexton On The Beach" event.  Kenneth Novatt would best a small field in the satellite, taking home a first place (cash prize) of $392.

At 3:00pm, there was a $60 No Limit Hold'em Step-Satellite, which gave people the opportunity to grab a seat into the $250 No Limit Hold'em "Beat The Brat" satellite.  The "Beat The Brat" event is a $2,200 No Limit Hold'em High Roller, hosted by no other than Phil Hellmuth.  Gerald Blum was the lucky winner of the satellite seat, and will hope to parlay that into a seat next to Mr. Hellmuth.

The final satellite of the night was at 6:00pm, giving players another opportunity to win a seat into "Sexton On The Beach."  Gil Aboodi would win entry into the tournament, while Janet Solov walked away with a second place (cash) prize of $245.

Promotions: The "standard" high hands will be awarding $300 every (30) minutes (from 9:00am-6:00pm).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded to those that use one card to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, high hands are worth $100.

At 6:00pm, the high hands get a little "November boost," as they transition to $500 every (30) minutes.  Players that make the high hand with one card during that period, will be awarded a $250 prize.
