Friday, February 19th: The "Weekend Swing" Got An Early Start, Looking To Set New Records As It Continues!

ICYMI: The $150 No Limit Hold'em "Double Green Chip" Bounty ($5,000 GTD) was coming off of an impressive showing last week, so expectations were high coming into the night.  Cards got in the air at 6:00pm, and by the time registration closed, the tournament clock showed a total of (90) entries.  Twelve players would earn a respective share of the $10,350 prize pool, which action concluding in a three-way chop.  David MacDonald (Jupiter, FL) took home first place money in the deal, with official results from the tournament listed below:

Tournaments: The $150 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) headlines today's schedule, with the action getting underway at 6:00pm.  The tournament is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has registration open through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  This particular event is the "Weekend Swing" headliner, attracted fields over (100) entries, and boasting prize pools that consistently surpass the $10,000 mark!


Promotions:
 With the $300 high hand promotion running Sunday through Thursday, there is a short "break" on Friday and Saturday.  That being said, today's high hand promotion is our "standard," which means $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.  Qualifying high hands must be aces-full or better, using both hole cards, as one-card high hand no longer qualify.

  • Players start with 15,000 in tournament chips
  • Levels will last (20) minutes 
  • Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
  • Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
