Friday, April 2nd: Michael Bailine Sets The Tone For Player Of The Month Leaderabord Reset, Weekend Action Is Now Upon Us!

ICYMI: Not only is today exciting because the weekend is here, but it's also a reset of the Player Of The Month tournament leaderboard.  Last night's $150 No Limit Hold'em "Double Green Chip Bounty" ($5,000 GTD) was the first event of the month, and it got April started in the right way!  The tournament ended up attracting a total of (105) entries, equating to a prize pool of $6,825, and a bounty pool of $5,250.  A total of (14) players saw a return on investment, with the evening's action ending in a four-way chop.  Michael Bailine (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) took home first place money in the deal, with Pedro Palacio filling the runner-up slot (a familiar name, that we are seeing for the first time in a while).  Official results from the tournament are listed below:

Tournaments: With the arrival of the weekend, comes the $150 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD)...the tournament that started this incredible "re-introduction" of the Isle Casino Pompano Park poker room.  The cards get in the air at 6:00pm, with players sitting down to starting stacks of 15,000.  Levels will last (20) minutes throughout the evening, with registration open through Level 8 (and the break that follows).

These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  The 11:00pm-Close period will then see $100 high hands awarded every (30) minutes.
