Sunday, April 4th: Saturday's Tournament Ends In Three-Way Even Chop, Leaderboard Showcasing New Names

ICYMI: After a month of seeing the same names on the official results (or at least what it seemed like), April has started off with some new names on the Player Of The Month Leaderboard.  Last night's $100 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) attracted a total of (155) entries, and had an official prize pool of $11,625.  Once again, this tournament impresses with it's payouts, considering it costs just a single one-hundred dollar bill to join the action.  The evening's action ended in a three-way deal, with Shamica Lamar, Ronald Sibell, and Spencer Lascelles, agreeing to even numbers.  Official results from the tournament are listed below:

Tournaments: The action for the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Monster Stack" ($3,000 GTD) gets underway at 3:00pm, with another great crowd expected.  The tournament is structured with 20,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has registration open through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  Results from the event will be posted tomorrow morning, in Monday's blog update.



Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) to 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  The 11:00pm-Close period will then see $100 high hands awarded every (30) minutes.

3:00pm: $130 No Limit Hold'em "Monster Stack" ($3,000 GTD)
  • Players start with 20,000 in tournament chips
  • Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
  • Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
  • Levels will last (20) minutes
