Saturday, June 12th: Tournament Numbers Continue To Impress, With Saturday's "Train To Value-Town" Expected To Draw Big Numbers!

ICYMI: Since re-opening the poker room (post-pandemic shutdown), tournament action at the Isle Casino Pompano Park has been incredible, and there are no signs of things slowing down.  Take last night's $150 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) for example, as the tournament almost tripled the posted guarantee.  Registration for the event closed with a total of (127) entries, which equated to an official prize pool of $14,605!  A total of (16) players were scheduled to make the money, and with payouts so healthy up top, a three-way chop was able to see all involved walk away with at least $2,654.  Philip Whitaker (Miami, FL) took home first place money in the deal, along with the ever-important leaderboard points (26.08).  An updated leaderboard for June will be posted this afternoon, across all poker room social media outlets.  Official results from last night's event are listed below:

Tournaments: Saturday's 6:00pm tournament is one of the most popular on the schedule, as it offers an incredibly affordable buy-in, that always sees some great returns.  The $100 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) event has consistently crushing the posted guarantee, as the prize pool reaches five-figures on a weekly basis.

The tournament is structured with starting stacks of 12,000 chips, and levels that last (20) minutes throughout the event.  Registration is open through Level 8, allowing for almost three hours of play, prior to the window closing for the night.

Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.
