Wednesday, October 20th: Eder-Johnson And Brannick Win Weekly Leaderboard Prizes, As We Take A One Day Break To Reset

ICYMI: The world "overlay" has been non-existent since the post-Covid poker room reopening, with tournament numbers crushing each and every time.  Last night's $160 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) became the first tournament to fall short of the numbers needed to reach the posted guarantee.  The registration period closed with a total of (29) entries, which meant the official prize pool would be $5,000. Of those entries, (9) players would be scheduled to reach the money, with official results from the event listed below (along with the official results for the Weekly Tournament Leaderboard):

  1. Robert Kessler (Parkland, FL) $1,174
  2. Nilson Rodriguez (Patterson, NJ) $1,174
  3. Joseph Kearns (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) $1,052
  4. Jerrold Solov (Pompano Beach, FL) $350
  5. James Hamberger (Lake Worth, FL) $350
  6. Karen Duffy (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) $300
  7. Gary Hill (Oakland Park, FL) $300
  8. Jonathan Marcu (Boca Raton, FL) $150
  9. Salvatore Accardi (Pompano Beach, FL) $150

Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.
