Tuesday, January 18th: TJ Shulman Continues To Add To An Already Impressive Resume, "Kickstarter" Ready To Award $1,000 Bonus!!

ICYMI: Monday's $250 No Limit Hold'em "Final Table Finish" ($10,000 GTD) saw a small dip in numbers, but the field still reach a number that helped eclipse the posted guarantee.  A total of (66) entries showed on the clock (at registration's end), with the final table scheduled to earn a piece of the $13,728 prize pool.  Tournament veteran TJ Shulman added another win to his resume, earning $5,000 for the first place finish, along with 24.04 leaderaboard points.  Official results from the tournament are listed below, along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:

Tournaments: The $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) tournament had a very successful first run, and is now a member of the "recurring" tournament family.  The tournament is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, and has (20) minute levels throughout.  Registration is open through Level 8, and closes once the first hand of Level 9 is dealt (there is a short break between the two).  

Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.

6:00pm: $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD)

  • Players start with 15,000 in tournament chips
  • Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
  • Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
  • Levels will last (20) minutes
