Tuesday, May 3rd: "Final Table Finish" Concludes In A Three-Way Chop, With Top Two Players Vaulting Into The Player Of The Month Leaderboard Race

ICYMI: To those that follow the South Florida tournament poker circuit, the success of Monday's $250 No Limit Hold'em "Final Table Finish" ($20,000 GTD) should come as no surprise.  Yesterday's installment attracted a total of (103) entries, which was more than enough needed to surpass the posted guarantee (prize pool closed at $21,424).  With the tournament format, the top nine players were scheduled to reach the money, with action playing down to a three-handed final table.  After the elimination of Andreas Hatzilouloudes, the final three agreed to a deal, which saw everyone walk away with over $4,000!!!  Official results from the tournament are listed below, along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:

Tournaments: The $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) tournament had a very successful first run, and is now a member of the "recurring" tournament family.  The tournament is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, and has (20) minute levels throughout.  Registration is open through Level 8, and closes once the first hand of Level 9 is dealt (there is a short break between the two).  



Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.

6:00pm: $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD)
  • Players start with 15,000 in tournament chips
  • Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
  • Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
  • Levels will last (20) minutes
