ICYMI: Sunday's $600 No Limit Hold'em ($30,000 GTD) is a great opportunity for players to make a sizable score, as we saw during yesterday's action. The tournament easily surpassed the posted guarantee, with the tournament clock showing (69) entries at the end of registration. The $37,122 prize pool was scheduled to be spread across the top nine spots, with action playing through the money bubble, and down to an outright winner. Jorge Rivera (Hollywood, FL) bested Patrick Quinn (Toronto, Canada) during heads-up play, taking home $12,994 for his efforts. Official results from the tournament are listed below, along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:

Tournaments: At 5:00pm this evening, the $250 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD) "Final Table Finish" returns, with a little wrinkle. This particular tournament had such a good structure, that the final table action ran into the closing time of the poker room (players are then faced with chopping, or bagging for a Day 2). To keep that from occurring, there will be some slight changes moving forward.
