ICYMI: The headlining tournament on Monday's schedule, was Event #2 of the Isle Open ($250 Limit Omaha 8B Hi/Lo $8,000 GTD).  This tournament attracts all of the mixed-game fans, with yesterday's installment seeing the total entries go up to (41).  That would help eclipse the event's guarantee, as payouts would be spread across six spots.  There were numerous recognizable names at the final table, and when the trophy was awarded, Michael Boykin (Ft. Tournaments: The next tournament on the Isle Open Schedule is Event #3 ($130 No Limit Hold'em $100,000 GTD) begins on Thursday, with today's schedule preparation for the event.  There are two satellites on today's schedule, both $35 No Limit Hold'em tournament into Event #3.  There is one at 11:00am, and one at 6:00pm: both structured with 10,000 unit starting stacks, (15) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 8.  Each of the satellites have a three seat guarantee.

Promotions: Things begin with the "Full House Promo," which will open the doors on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in October).  The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $50 prize.  Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $50.  In order to be eligible, the full house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.

Monday, October 7th: 2019 Isle Open Rolls On, With The Ever Popular Omaha 8B (Hi/Lo) Event At 11:00AM

ICYMI: At 12:00pm yesterday afternoon, Day 2 of Event #1 ($400 No Limit Hold'em $100,000 GTD) began, with registration still open through the first pair of levels (Level 15 and Level 16).  By the time registration closed, the tournament would officially have (434) entries, and a prize pool of $145,230.  A total of (40) players reached the money, with action playing through the final table, and down to four-handed play.  The tournament ended in an ICM chop, with Antoine Bahi (Boca Raton, FL) taking home first place money in the deal ($22,232).  Well-known "amateur" Raminder Singh took home second place money, followed by Daniel Bush, and Yaroslav Nakonechnyy.  Official final table results are listed below, with full event results to be posted shortly:

ICYMI: The 2019 Isle Open started yesterday, with Event #1 of the series, which is a $400 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD).  Flight 1A of the event wrapped up with (33) total entries, of which (9) players bagged chips for Sunday's Day 2.  It's important to note, that registration is open throughout the entire flight, and continues to stay open for two levels on Day 2.  Official Flight 1A chip counts are posted below:

Wednesday, October 2nd: The 2019 Isle Open Has Arrived, Along With $500 High Hands In The Evening (6:00PM-12:00AM)

ICYMI: Yesterday's tournament schedule hosted two satellites for Event #1 of the 2019 Isle Open ($400 No Limit Hold'em $100,000 GTD).  The $90 No Limit Hold'em satellite (at 11:00am) ended up attracting a total of (17) entries, meaning three seats would be awarded (along with a fourth place cash prize).  Results from the satellite are listed below:

The satellite at 6:00pm drew a little larger field, as registration for the tournament closed with (21) entries.  For those in the evening satellite, four seats would be awarded, along with a fifth place cash prize.  Official results from the satellite are listed below:

Tournaments: The 2019 Isle Open has finally arrived, with the opening event getting the cards in the air at 11:00am.  Event #1 is a $400 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD) tournament, with eight flights over the next four days.  The tournament is structured with 50,000 unit starting stacks, (30) minute levels (on Day 1), and registration that is open through Level 16.  Day 1 is scheduled to conclude after Level 14, meaning that there is open registration for two levels on Day 2 (Sunday).  The other structural change on Day 2 comes is in regards to the level length, which shifts to (40) minutes.  Flight 1A is scheduled for 11:00am, Flight 1B for 6:00pm, with a $90 No Limit Hold'em Satellite sandwiched in between (at 3:00pm).

Promotions: Things begin with the "Full House Promo," which will open the doors on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in October).  The proceedings begin once the doors of the poker room open, with the first (25) full houses made, earning a $50 prize.  Each jackpot eligible cash game is included in the promotion, with two rules to keep in mind, when thinking about winning the $50.  In order to be eligible, the full house must be made using two cards, and must be the winning hand.

The "standard" high hands will be awarding $300 every (30) minutes (from 9:00am-6:00pm).  Every jackpot game is eligible for the same amount, with the full $150 being rewarded to those that use one card to make the high hand.  For those players in tournaments, high hands are worth $100.

At 6:00pm, the high hands get a little "October boost," as they transition to $500 every (30) minutes.  Players that make the high hand with one card during that period, will be awarded a $250 prize.

From 12:00am-3:00am, the high hand will be awarded $100 every (60) minutes.
