Tuesday, December 10th: Paulius Bikus Tops $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD) In Five-Way Deal, "Chip Buster" Headlines Tuesday's Schedule

ICYMI: At 12:00pm yesterday afternoon, a total of (122) players returned for Day 2 of the $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD).  Just a few hours into the day, the clock was paused for the money bubble, which only took a few hands to burst.  Play continued at a quick pace, with the final table reached around 7:30pm, and the tournament wrapped up just a few hours later (ending in a chop).  Paulius Bikus (Tamarac, FL) found himself atop the podium once again, taking home first place money in the deal ($19,280).  Official final table results are listed below, with a full list of results to be posted shortly after the poker room opens:

Tournaments: After a week of multi-flight tournament action, the recurring schedule returns to it's "regularly scheduled programming."  Tuesday's action gets underway at 11:00am, with the $120 Omaha 8B Hi/Lo event, which has a $1,500 guaranteed prize pool.  The tournament is structured with 12,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 8.

In the evening time slot, we have the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster" ($3,000 GTD), one of (if not) the most popular recurring tournaments on the schedule.  The event is structured with 50,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 8.

Promotions: The doors open at 9:00am, with three hours of "Turbo High Hands," as $100 will be awarded every (10) minutes (rollovers apply).  The promotion runs from 9:00am-12:00pm, and has quickly become popular with the players (as the rollovers have seen some high hands reach the $1,000 mark!!!).

The standard high hand promotion then takes over, and runs from 12:00pm-12:00am.  Qualifying high hands will be awarded $300, given away every (30) minutes (no rollovers).  During that period, if the winning high hand is made using one card, a $150 prize will be awarded.  For those players playing in a tournament, winning high hands will be paid out $100. 

From 12:00am-3:00am, $50 high hands will be awarded every (60) minutes.

ICYMI: Sunday was the final day of opening flights for the $200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD), with players showing up strong.  Flight 1G was the first of the day, and after eight levels of open registration, the window would close with a total of (164) entries (making it the largest flight of the tournament).  From that number, (17) players would bag chips for Day 2, led by Shannon Mau (767,000).  A full listed of Flight 1G chip counts are listed below:
