Tournaments: At 6:00pm this evening, the $250 No Limit Hold'em ($10,000 GTD) "Final Table Finish" returns, with a little wrinkle.  This particular tournament had such a good structure, that the final table action ran into the closing time of the poker room (players are then faced with chopping, or bagging for a Day 2).  To keep that from occurring, there will be some slight changes moving forward.

The event will be structured with 25,000 chip starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and open registration through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  The new format-wrinkle comes into play when discussing payouts, as the tournament will pay out just the final table, regardless of how many entries.  Exact payout percentages are as follows (final tables are now nine-handed):

Tournaments: The $160 No Limit Hold'em ($10,000 GTD) tournament had a very successful first run, and is now a member of the "recurring" tournament family (and receives a boosted guarantee).  The tournament is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, and has (20) minute levels throughout.  Registration is open through Level 8, and closes once the first hand of Level 9 is dealt (there is a short break between the two).  Tuesday evening tournament are the "closing" event of each week, with the official weekly leaderboard results finalized at the tournament's conclusion.

Monday, November 8th: Just Like Sunday's $400 NLH ($20,000 GTD), "Final Table Finish" Here To Offer Massive Payouts!

ICYMI: Sunday's $400 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD) got underway at 4:00pm, and after eight levels of open registration, the field would close with a total of (91) entries.  The $31,668 prize pool was scheduled to be spread across twelve pay spots, with the action playing down to a seven-handed final table.  The final seven players would then agree to a deal, with Philip Whitaker taking home first place money in the chop ($5,767).  Official results from the tournament are listed below, along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:

Tournaments: At 6:00pm this evening, the $250 No Limit Hold'em ($10,000 GTD) "Final Table Finish" returns, with a little wrinkle.  This particular tournament had such a good structure, that the final table action ran into the closing time of the poker room (players are then faced with chopping, or bagging for a Day 2).  To keep that from occurring, there will be some slight changes moving forward.

The event will be structured with 25,000 chip starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and open registration through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  The new format-wrinkle comes into play when discussing payouts, as the tournament will pay out just the final table, regardless of how many entries.  Exact payout percentages are as follows (final tables are now nine-handed):

Sunday, November 7th: Shamica Lamar Tops Four-Way Deal Of Saturday's $5,000 GTD, Now Sits Atop The Player Of The Month Leaderboard

ICYMI: Saturday's $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) has always been known as the most "affordable" tournament on the schedule, as it started at a $100 price point.  The slight increase in buy-in did not deter the loyal crowd, as evident by last night's numbers.  Registration for the tournament closed with (74) entries, which equated to an official prize pool of $7,400.  A total of ten players would reach the money, with the night's action playing down to a four-handed final table.  A deal was agreed to at that point, with Shamica Lamar taking home first place money ($1,622).  Official results from the tournament are listed below, along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:
