ICYMI: Results from yesterday's $400 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD) have not yet been made official, but  an update will be posted, as soon as they become available.

Tournaments: At 6:00pm this evening, the $250 No Limit Hold'em ($10,000 GTD) "Final Table Finish" returns, with a little wrinkle.  This particular tournament had such a good structure, that the final table action ran into the closing time of the poker room (players are then faced with chopping, or bagging for a Day 2).  To keep that from occurring, there will be some slight changes moving forward.

The event will be structured with 25,000 chip starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and open registration through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  The new format-wrinkle comes into play when discussing payouts, as the tournament will pay out just the final table, regardless of how many entries.  Exact payout percentages are as follows (final tables are now nine-handed):

Saturday, January 1st, 2022: James Tomblin Closes The Year As December's Player Of The Month, As We "Kickstart" 2022 With $1,000 Highest Hand Promotion!!!

ICYMI: With the final day of the month (and the year) falling on a Friday, it meant that the Player of the Month race was going to come down to the last moment.  James Tomblin had a pretty secure hold on the top spot, but there were multiple players within striking distance, and those that could also climb the standings (and earn a larger prize).  Last night's $160 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) tournament attracted a total of (44) entries, with those that reached the registration break, battling it out for a piece of the $5,368 prize pool.  A total of (6) players were scheduled to reach the money, with the evening's action playing down to a four-handed final table.  At that point a deal was made, which saw Michael Sherbondy (Pompano Beach, FL) take home first place money.

Tournaments: Saturday's 6:00pm tournament is one of the most popular on the schedule, as it offers an incredibly affordable buy-in, that always sees some great returns.  The $130 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) event has consistently crushing the posted guarantee, as the prize pool reaches five-figures on a weekly basis.  

The tournament is structured with starting stacks of 12,000 chips, and levels that last (20) minutes throughout the event. Registration is open through Level 8, allowing for almost three hours of play, prior to the window closing for the night.

Promotions: From the moment the doors to the poker room open (9:00am), until 11:00pm, the high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes (with those qualifying high hands earning $300).  In addition to that "standard" high hand, Saturday's in January host the "Kickstart" promotion.  From 9:00am-12:00pm, the best qualifying high hand (over the course of the three-hour window) will receive an additional $1,000.

Wednesday, December 22nd: Vasquez Wins Tuesday's "Final Table Finish" Outright, Now In The Player Of The Money Running!

ICYMI: Tuesday's $160 No Limit Hold'em ($10,000 GTD) may have an aspect that players aren't aware of, being a "Final Table Finish" format.  Regardless of the amount of entries in the tournament, the prizes will be awarded to only the top nine players (who make the final table).  With that in place, the tournament will always have at least a $4,000 first place prize.  Last night's installment attracted a total of (71) entries, which was just short of the number needed to reach the $10,000 guaranteed number.  That meant that players were competing for "free money," that was going to be offered up by the poker room (in order to meet the guarantee).  In a rare occurrence, the event played down to an outright winner, with Eric Vasquez (Pompano Beach, FL) besting the field.  In addition to the $4,000 first place prize, Vasquez earned 28.40 leaderboard points, which puts him directly in the running (even with a week remaining in the month).  Official results from the tournament are listed below:

ICYMI: Monday's $250 No Limit Hold'em "Final Table Finish" ($10,000 GTD) continued it's great form, attracting a total of (149) entries.  The $30,922 prize pool was scheduled to be paid out across the nine-handed final table, with the night's action playing down to a four-handed final table.  At that point, a deal was agreed to, with Benjamin Barrows (Lawrenceville, GA) taking home a healthy first place prize.  Official results from the tournament are listed below:

Tournaments: The $160 No Limit Hold'em ($10,000 GTD) tournament had a very successful first run, and is now a member of the "recurring" tournament family (and receives a boosted guarantee).  The tournament is structured with 15,000 unit starting stacks, and has (20) minute levels throughout.  Registration is open through Level 8, and closes once the first hand of Level 9 is dealt (there is a short break between the two).  Tuesday evening tournament are the "closing" event of each week, with the official weekly leaderboard results finalized at the tournament's conclusion.

Monday, December 20th: Raminder Singh Adds Another First Place To His Resume, As Players Focus On Tonight's "Final Table Finish"

ICYMI: Sunday's $400 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD) is cementing itself as one of the most popular tournaments on the calendar, with yesterday's installment attracting a total of (114) entries.  The $39,672 prize pool was almost double the posted number, and was scheduled to be spread across fifteen pay spots.  With some healthy numbers up top, the competition was fierce, as action played down to a four-handed final table.  At that point, a deal was agreed to, which saw none other than Raminder Singh (Delray Beach, FL) take home first place money.  Fresh off a win in the RunGood Pro-Am (in Las Vegas), Singh adds yet another first place to his tournament resume, which is about as impressive all you'll find.  Official results from the tournament are listed below, along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:

Tournaments: At 6:00pm this evening, the $250 No Limit Hold'em ($10,000 GTD) "Final Table Finish" returns, with a little wrinkle.  This particular tournament had such a good structure, that the final table action ran into the closing time of the poker room (players are then faced with chopping, or bagging for a Day 2).  To keep that from occurring, there will be some slight changes moving forward.

The event will be structured with 25,000 chip starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and open registration through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  The new format-wrinkle comes into play when discussing payouts, as the tournament will pay out just the final table, regardless of how many entries.  Exact payout percentages are as follows (final tables are now nine-handed):

In addition to the high hands, there is a "bonus" promotion in place, which offers $1,000 to the highest hand from the 10:00am-1:00pm time period.  If a player makes a straight flush in the 9:00am-9:30am qualifying period, and that is the best qualifying high hand from 9:00am-12:00pm, they will earn an extra $1,000 (in addition to the $300 they were awarded for the half-hour time period).
