The middle flight of the day has one level already in the books, and Thomas Svensen (Pennsylvania) decided to waste no time in his quest to chip up. As we were scanning the field for notables, Svensen was faced by an all-in from Ariel Williams on a flop of K 6 7. Svensen originally bet 1,100, with Williams snap-shoving for over 14,000.
Thomas would eventually make the call, and was in better shape than he ever could have hoped. His K 7 was well ahead of the 6 7 of Williams, and after the turn and river ran out without a six, Thomas would take down the pot.
