Flight 1G is the first of three final flights for Event 10 on the schedule today

The tournament supervisor just made the rules announcement for the "early bird" players in the field, and the cards are now in the air for Flight 1G of Event 10.  Yesterday's "second wave" of flights attracted a total of (377) entries, with (34) successfully bagging chips for tomorrow's Day 2.  The entries from yesterday added an addition $14,090 to the overall prize pool, which now sits at $30,040.

The combined field heading to Day 2 now has (30) players that bagged over the Day 2 chip average, which currently sits at 154,000.  Yesterday's action saw a lot of notables punch a ticket for Day 2, including the likes of Walter Bravo, Vito Polera, Reggie Bautista, Zakarya Wolgamott, Al Efremoff, Robert Feinstein, and Avi Levy.  A combined list of chip counts will be posted shortly, followed by "live blogged" coverage of the Flight 1G action.
