Justin Levy (Boynton Beach, FL)

Justin Levy (Boynton Beach, FL) won a pot to stay alive just before the second break of the day, and since managed to rebuild his stack.  On the second-to-last hand of Level 12, he won another sizable pot, this time chipping up to 130,000.  After an open to 4,000, and four calls, Levy would come along from the small blind (holding 8♣ 6♣).  The flop would come out Q♠ 6 8, with Mike Cohen betting 8,000 from the button, after the action checked around to him.  Levy would then check-shove for 58,000, clearing the way for Cohen to make the call, holding Q♣ J♠.  Levy's two pair would keep the lead throughout the turn and river, leaving Cohen with only 400 in chips (he'd be eliminated the next hand).

Play is now down to one table, with the following players still alive:

  1. Tom Cuce
  2. Fausto Tersigni
  3. Richard Leger
  4. Justin Levy
  5. Myles German
  6. Jose Parra
  7. Martin Markov
  8. Kevin Scarola
  9. Skip McDonough
