The "multi-flight madness" returns in just a short while, as the cards get in the air for Flight 1A of the $360 No Limit Hold'em ($150,000 GTD), otherwise known as the "August $150,000." The $360 buy-in tournament has a total of eight starting flights, with an afternoon (12:00pm) and evening (6:00pm) start time each day, Wednesday through Saturday. Day 2 for the tournament is on Sunday (August 20th) at 12:00pm, and will play down to a conclusion.
The tournament's structure stays the same for each opening flight, with players sitting down to starting stacks of 20,000 units. Level's will last (30) minutes during each starting flight (Levels 1-16), and transition to (40) minutes on Day 2 (Level's 17+). Registration is open through Level 8 (and the break that follows), with the schedule seeing the bagging process begin after Level 16 (or until 13% of the field remains).
This is a buy-in (price point) that seems to be very popular with tournament players here at the Isle Casino, attracting players from the entire spectrum (recreational to professional). The "rules announcement" for the early bird players seated in Flight 1A will be made shortly, with cards in the air just after 12:00pm.
