The last time we saw Claudemir Osorio (Orlando, FL), it was during the "August $100,000" ($150 No Limit Hold'em | $100,000 GTD). Osorio made a deep run in the event, falling a few spots short of the final table, finishing in 14th place ($1,316). The following week, Claudemir would take a flight to Atlantic City, showing up just on time for the opening event of the WPT Borgata Poker Open. He would make yet another deep run in that event, this time finishing in 22nd place (out of 3,570 entries), earning a little more for his efforts ($7,283).
Osorio's drive to Pompano Beach is just over three hours, but he's been making the trip more frequently as of recent. He's one of the first notables spotted in the field, but joins a list of recognizable names already seated in the flight:
