FSPC Event #14 (Day 3): After Losing Three-Way All-In, Ido Ashkenazi Out In 17th Place ($8,033)

2018 Florida State Poker Championship
Event #14 | $1,500 No Limit Hold'em ($500,000 GTD)
Level 23 (Blinds 15,000/25,000/25,000)
Total Event #14 Entries: 564
Event #14 Players Remaining: 16

Ido Ashkenazi (Hollywood, FL) lost a crucial three-way all-in, which would leave him super short, ultimately leading to his elimination.

Just about ten minutes ago, Steve Fox would shove from early position (430,000), with Michael Aron re-shoving after Duquette folded (215,000).  Jonathan Jaffe would fold, and after asking for counts, Ido Ashkenazi could announce himself all-in as well (300,000):

Aron: A♣ K
Fox: 3 3♣
Ashkenazi: J♠ J

Runout: K♣ 7 6♠ 6 A

Michael Aron would triple up to just below 700,000, while both Ido Ashkenazi and Steve Fox were left short stacked.  Ido had just four big blinds remaining, and would be eliminated by Seth Gilson just two hands later.

Ido earns $8,033 for his 17th place finish, his first cash since the summer in Las Vegas.
